Rights
- To participate in administrating the affairs of the Association;
- To receive information about the activities of the Association and be aware of its accounting and other documents;
- To appeal the decisions by bodies of the Association, entailing civil and legal consequences, in the cases and in the manner subject to applicable legal requirements;
- To claim, on behalf of the Association, a compensation for damages caused to the Association;
- To challenge, on behalf of the Association, its transactions, on the grounds provided by the current legislation;
- To receive the services provided by the Association on an equal basis with other members of the Association;
- To elect and be elected to any of the bodies of the Association and head structural units of the Association;
- To transfer property to the Association;
- To apply to the Association for consultative, scientific, organizational and other assistance;
- To fund programs and projects being implemented by the Association;
- To receive protection of their legal rights from the Association, to request that the Association should represent their interests in dealing with public authorities and local self-government bodies, in courts, public associations, in relations with legal entities and individuals, including foreign ones;
- At its discretion, quit the Association at the end of a financial year. In this case, a member of the Association bears subsidiary liability for its obligations in proportion to its contribution within two years from the date of withdrawal.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the formation of the Association’s assets in the required amount in the manner, way and within the terms provided by the current legislation and the Charter of the Association;
- Pay admission, membership and other fees timely and in full, and make additional asset contributions to the assets of the Association if required by the decision of the general meeting of members of the Association;
- Comply with the provisions of this Charter, follow the decisions of the bodies of the Council of the Association taken within their competence;
- Avoid disclosure of confidential information concerning the activities of the Association;
- Participate in making corporate decisions, without which the Association cannot continue its operations, in accordance with the law, if its participation is necessary for making such decisions;
- Not to perform actions that are deliberately aimed at causing harm to the Association;
- Not to take actions (inaction) which make it difficult or impossible to achieve the goals for which the Association was established;
- Fulfill obligations undertaken with regard to the Association;
- Actively participate in all activities of the Association;
- Participate in the development, examination and implementation of programs and projects of the Association;
- Promote practical results of the Association’s activities;
- Provide the information necessary for the operation of the Association, with the exception of information constituting a commercially sensitive information for a member of the Association;
- When quitting the Association, inform the Board about such decision in writing two months prior to the presumed date of withdrawal;
- Expand international cooperation.
The Association admits as its members citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, legally present in the Russian Federation, aged 18 and above, with a college degree in medicine and/or participating in development of medical science.
