Material and methods. Includes a detailed presentation of research and treatment methods, criteria for the selection of animals and patients, the number and characteristics of the control and main groups, indication of how the data was analyzed.

Results. Presentation of the work results.

Discussion. It is necessary to indicate the possibility of applying the results in clinical practice or in future studies.

Findings. Formulated as a response to the purpose of the study.

References. Must contain no more than 3 sources

  • The author is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the list of references.
  • The list should be arranged alphabetically by the names of the authors with initials – domestic authors first, followed by foreign authors.
  • Abbreviations of foreign journals should correspond to the abbreviations used in Index Medicus

Oral presentations

Oral presentations are for 7 minutes (except for some invited speakers). Please format slides in widescreen 16:9 using PowerPoint on screen page set-up function.

Please make slides easily readable with large text and do not put too much information onto each slide. Kindly note that the Finlandia-hall’s data projectors resolution is 1920×1080.

Please, have your presentation ready and bring it preferably with a memory stick in Power Point format to the Welcome recertion on October 3rd. Our technical staff will check your materials in order to minimize technical problems. Please note that they will not be able to change anything in your presentation.

Please check carefully that all videos run correctly and ensure that you have uploaded all the necessary files. Please inform venue technician when there’s sound or video included on the presentation.

When using Apple-device including Pads, kindly bring a suitable HDMI-adapter.
Any potential conflicts of interest should be declared on a slide immediately after the title slide.

Posters 

Hard copy posters should be of maximum of maximum size 1198mm x 841mm (A0) in portrait format. All posters are displayed for the whole conference, but we ask the presenters to stand by their posters during poster session.

Please put your poster up on October 4th from 8 am till 10 am and leave it up until the end of the meeting. Any potential conflicts of interest should be clearly declared on the poster.
